Our couriers typically deliver Monday-Friday. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not available to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can’t be left with a neighbour, the courier will take it back to the local depot and leave you a calling card telling you how you can pick it up or arrange re-delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you, you will receive an email to let you know. This email will contain your tracking information which can be tracked at one of the links below. Please note, that your tracking link can take up to 24 hours to become active.
We understand that you may not be home all the time, and in these situations your parcel can be left in a safe place or left with a neighbour at your request.
Do please be aware that any delivery instructions left are only requests and are not guaranteed by the courier service.
If it is not possible to fulfil your request, a calling card should be left by our courier which will include details of how to rearrange your delivery or where to collect your parcel.
For Next Working Day delivery, UK customers will need to place their orders by 3.00 PM. All orders placed after 3.00 PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following working day wherever possible.
FURTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to BFPO or PO Box addresses.
Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

All orders are shipped from the UK.
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. If you have any queries regarding customs charges, you are advised to contact your local customs office.
No refunds will be given for goods seized by customs.
Next Working Day deliveries can be made by our couriers anytime between 7.00 AM and 9.00 PM.
For orders placed on Free Delivery or Standard Shipping, deliveries can be made anytime between 7.00 AM and 9.00 PM, however, our couriers do their best to deliver your parcels to fit your lifestyle.
Please note that delivery times vary depending on the destination for our European/International customers. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date for international parcels as this is the responsibility of the carrier once the item has been dispatched.
Delivery time will depend on the courier who has been chosen to deliver your parcel.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
